I think he loves to tease everybody, guy or girl, but I think he was saying that mostly to tease Frey instead. Actually, if Frey seriously told him to stop teasing others because it's hurting her feelings, I'm sure he would stop in a heartbeat.
It’s called game over because that’s what I decided to name this event. There’s no real name to what this is basically you have X amount of days to finish this newlywed mode. If you do not finish the mode, you get this scene with Ventuswill where you tell her what happened and the game just cuts back to the main menu, which I call this a “game over”.
