Please tell your mind to stop experience any sort of discomfort. I would think of 100s of needless reason. I had huge support and probably only support of my mum and I lost her unexpectedly and untimely to covid. Dad also is not in the best of health. I certainly cannot express what amount of anxiety and restlessness and grieft I am living with. So please do not worry about anything. You have parents you have everything.

Now I am a stray dog feeder and caretaker so I go down everyday for them
