Too bad a good portion of the performance was overshadowed by the volume of the backing track... World's Best Didgeridoo Player? There are many great players, hard to imagine that there is one who could be called the "best".
I have seen and read interviews with aboriginals contradicting what you say. Same with women playing, some say 'no problem', others say it's against dreamtime laws. I'm not disrespecting you, I'm just saying that the info on these matters is confusing to say the least, especially when you search the net. I've been playing for a year now, and my respect only grows, playing solo or not. I do fully agree on your ego-point, but that should apply to all human actions.
so true, it's all open to freedom of choice which is so great about being a human, and when our choices effect others then we have to take a hard look at out choices,, in the end all we have is our soul and how we get along with others be like the jew and arab or be like the aboriginal and the white australians, thru blood comes turmoil and then we have nothin...except hopefully forgiveness.... peace out.. thanx for your insight..
