There are few misconceptions in your mind. 1) Nitin Gadkari has nothing to do with Samruddhi Mahamarg. It is conceived & built by Devendra Fadanvis. 2) You have to drive in middle lane because that lane is for driving & the right lane is only for overtaking. Nothing to do with Kutta/ Billi/ Gai coming on road it's an Access Control Highway. 3) No need for under inflate tyre or fill it with Nitrogen. Tyres are designed for bearing excess pressure due to running over recommended pressure.

I have observed Tyre Pressure Increase also during my past Trips.
In one incident at MUMBAI Local Pump i filled normal air and while coming home my Tyre got Flat
