      Cut sugar...replace sugar with brown sugar or honey
      Avoid bread and biscuit and namkeen....they hv palm oil.
      Eat lot of protein....protein burns fat...like chicken tandoori...or chicken tikka ( no cream)...with lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes.
      Don't eat rice...
      Don't eat potatoes
      Paratha...avoid....
      No burgers...no French fries...no pizza..no cheese...no sausage ( it has lot of salt and is harmful).
      Replace aloo paratha with gobhi paratha( made with less olive oil).
      Drink green tea...black coffee.
      Brisk walk 45 mins.
      Have weekends as cheat days...eat everything you like.

    Mohitji,aap diet to follow zarur karenge uske saath aap exercise zarur kijiye,everyday. Ye nehi ki aapko gym hi jana hai. Aap walk kijiye, subha subha 1hour karke. Brisk walking. Pehele 30minutes se suru kijiye. Fir 1 hour leke jaiye. Raatko dinner ke bad 20 minutes walk kijiye. Aapko jaldi farak mehesus hoga.Fir yoga start kijiye.All the best.

    bhaiya saffola k peanut butter mat use karo, woh sweetened wala hai, unsweetened wala use karo pintola k aata hai mast, unsweetened, have it with sugar free biscuits, sandwich banake khao mast lagta hai, calories bhi kam aur stomach bhi full rehta hai.
    aur oats m quaker oats khao, sabse best lagta hai, 100g oats plus 250g amul dahi calories count karoge toh 511. pura lunch khatam.

    Morning hot water
    Breakfast 2 roti and dal
    Lunch no rice only 2 roti dal and salad
    Evening salad fruits and juice
    Night 2 roti and green vegetable.
