It's a great location there by the canal, lots of houses around too. Would be a shame to have to go elsewhere but I do wish the buildings were insulated!

Andy when it comes to measuring the volumes transferred, I think the way to go is load cells under the legs of the mash tun (and possibly under the legs of the HLT too). They aren’t that hard to wire up - I’ll drop you a couple of links.

lol, there wasn't much to get, just a random meme. It originally had the 'correct' music and I got a copyright challenge from RUclips so now it has my usual intro sound :)
It's all possible at a cost. The floor is not strong enough for a mezzanine structure, so we'd have to have it reinforced and that's beyond our finances. Stacking the FV's is possible with some creative welding, but just having more floor space will help a lot. So we will try that first.

You could keg the yeasties at the bottom of that tank, add some sugar water, let it ferment and re-use the CO2 produced elsewhere in the brewery.
