    Very well explained, currently trying to decide on limited or touring model, keep going back and forth on that.

      Thanks for watching! It's a hard choice!
      In my mind, it all comes down to if you see the value in Ventilated Seats, Smart Rear-View Camera and Napa Leather.
      I don't personally see the value, but some might.

      @@TysonTheSubaruSpecialistDoesn't the Touring model have real leather across the butt seat? I just picked up my Limited 2 weeks ago and not sure if it's fake leather at the butt cheeks. Just took a 6 hour drive and this area suffers more on long drives compared to my previous 2014 Premium with cloth seats. Dealer tells me the leather will relax and get more cushy in time

    • @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist
      @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist  5 месяцев назад +1

      @@kippywylie it's a mix of real and synthetic. The leather will "break in" over time, just like a cloth seat, and become more comfortable for longer trips - at least, that's been my experience.

    Great Video about my brand new Limited. Question: Would you happen to know whether it is legal to tint the driver & passenger front seat windows to the darkness that the back windows are tinted?

    • @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist
      @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist  5 месяцев назад +1

      @kippywylie Thanks for watching! That entirely depends on where you live/local laws. Where I'm at, tinting the front windows is illegal.

      @kippywylie 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@TysonTheSubaruSpecialist Thank You, I drive my cars into Central Mexico so I guess I should not mess with the tinting

    • @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist
      @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist  5 месяцев назад

      @@kippywylie yeah, it all depends on the local laws and how strongly they enforce them. Lots of people do it here and just take the chance that they'll get pulled over, get a ticket and have to remove it.

    Hello, thank you for the video. Was very informative and loved it.
    I do have a question about the x-mode however. Does the Onyx model have a better x-mode with the dual function snow/mud then the limited ? Or is it essentially the same ?

    • @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist
      @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist  Год назад +1

      Thanks for watching!
      The dual function X-mode is the same in the Onyx and the Limited, it is only different on the Wilderness.

  • @LegendoftheAce1

    Does it have the snow and dirt mode like the onyx? I am torne between the two.

    • @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist
      @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist  Год назад +2

      It does have X-mode. I would say to go with the Onyx unless you want built-in navigation, two position memory seating, and the driver focus system.

    Is there a cd player built within the infotainment system? Is it a standard feature or is it an option now?

    • @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist
      @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist  Год назад +1

      Only the Premier XT comes with a CD player as standard equipment. You can get a CD player as an accessory, though.

    • @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist
      @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist  Год назад +1

      @@Peppy11769 I wouldn't say that it's cheap. I'd say that it's smart of them as the vast majority of people no longer use CD's.
      There aren't many companies out there that offer a CD player, even as an accessory...

    Hi Tyson,
    I have recently purchased Outback Limited 2024.
    Please could you help me with this issue.
    I have drove the car up to 5000miles.
    I feel I’m having issues with WIND Noise.
    Noise while your connected to CarPlay and talking to over phone. The other end user clearly hear the background noise to loud.

    • @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist
      @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist  Год назад

      I would play with the phone settings. Generally the volume should be zero'd on the volume in the settings, but if it's not, that could be the issue.
      Have you confirmed the issue with multiple phones to rule out your phone being the issue?

    • @Karthik-zk4xu

      It’s also windy noise on driver side & passenger side where the side mirrors are fixed

      @@Karthik-zk4xu I can't say that it's something that my clients have mentioned to me, or something that I've experienced on any of the 100's of test drives I've done.
