Good morning Yusuf, can you please tell me,what I have to do with dry sabzi,I'd like to make kookoo sabzi today,do I soak dry sabzi water first, sorry for asking
Hi Yousef, I grew up eating Persian food at home almost every day, I moved out of state away to an area that doesn't have any Persian restaurants. I miss the food so I have been using your videos to cook my own Persian food at home. I found your channel when I was searching for how to keep kubideh kabobs from falling off the skewer--I was not draining the onions and I ended up making kubideh pancakes lol. Merci
I made this delicious recipe but I added a little plain yogurt to my marinade as I’m Egyptian and we like to add yogurt to our chicken kebab marinade Thanks again Mr yousef for another delicious recipe
I want to try and make kabobs for the first time. You make it look simple and delicious. I can no longer visit my favorite places to eat so going to make it myself instead with your help.
As always it looks amazing . My mother has told me that she tasted your cooking and that it is divine! we always look forward to see your video every week . regards and stay safe
Nice job Josef, I enjoy all kinds of cooking and I thank you for the master class. I enjoy your videos, just like being at home. Thanks for not over producing them with all kinds of filler and crazy music lol.

Mmmm. I wish I had a fiery grill like that in my back yard. I love to eat this with the grilled tomato and vegetables. Yum! Great video.

Looks Fantastic!!!
Thank you dear Mr. Yusef
Thank you!
Ammu Yousef you have taken my cooking to the next level! Curious why some Joojeh recipes call for yogurt.
I use it sometimes too, especially when making Barg Morgh
Iranian food is very delicious❤❤❤
Hey there from the other side...
Is safran (the red cocktail) a must must fill or can i get the same result w/o it?
You can get a similar result but it definitely will taste & look different without the saffron
@@CookingWithYousef thanks brother

Love your channel where is your grill from
Hi Rozina....I had a traditional "Mangal" from Iran that was no longer in good shape, so I converted a BBQ grill I had laying around into a Mangal.
Cooking With Yousef thank you

@@CookingWithYousef Thank you 👍😋
jojeh= Cornish hen, in PERSIAN
so jojeh kabob is different than chicken breast or thigh kabob!!
it is baby chicken with bone!
