    1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken legs and thighs (fat cleaned)
    1-1.5 large onion
    0.5 tsp garlic
    3-4 tsp Paprika
    2 tsp Black pepper

      Hi, just a pinch...something like 1/8 teaspoon ground down with a few tablespoons of hot water

    Hi Yousef, I grew up eating Persian food at home almost every day, I moved out of state away to an area that doesn't have any Persian restaurants. I miss the food so I have been using your videos to cook my own Persian food at home. I found your channel when I was searching for how to keep kubideh kabobs from falling off the skewer--I was not draining the onions and I ended up making kubideh pancakes lol. Merci

    I made this delicious recipe but I added a little plain yogurt to my marinade as I’m Egyptian and we like to add yogurt to our chicken kebab marinade

    Mmmm. I wish I had a fiery grill like that in my back yard. I love to eat this with the grilled tomato and vegetables. Yum! Great video.

    I want to try and make kabobs for the first time. You make it look simple and delicious. I can no longer visit my favorite places to eat so going to make it myself instead with your help.

      You can get a similar result but it definitely will taste & look different without the saffron

      Hi Rozina....I had a traditional "Mangal" from Iran that was no longer in good shape, so I converted a BBQ grill I had laying around into a Mangal.

    jojeh= Cornish hen, in PERSIAN
    so jojeh kabob is different than chicken breast or thigh kabob!!
    it is baby chicken with bone!
