It all started from your blog, Mr. Hua Van Cuong :-X You were the very first link to this great experience I had with two great men, Bill and professor Barry Dahl. I hope we can meet when you come home next year. Till then.
Barry, You are a nice man to promote Bill Saigon to the celebrety status. If I ever have the pleasure to meet you (may be this Chrismas!) the drink is on me.
Thank you Dahl, you are great! I am very happy because you love Vietnam and Vietnamese people. I also love Bill, I wish to see him and you someday :). Anyway thank you for your video, our American friend!
i would love to meet bill this december. i'll be arriving in saigon this decemeber 15 =) got my tickets and visa/passport ready. Greeting from Dallas, TEXAS!
You rockkkkkkkkkkk :) Like this video :) thanks for this... It made me feel better. don't sad because i can't speak E well :(.. Finally, the video made me miss Vn horribly.
Yes, Chau was born and raised in Saigon so she definitely speaks Vietnamese. Bill doesn't always understand everything said to him in English, so Chau would sometimes translate. Occasionally they would speak in Vietnamese, but never would leave me out for very long before they would start to speak English again. BD
awesome!!!He's so nice.I have seen a video about him before. He said that he didn't learn English anywhere, just on American act film during 3 years :D. An insperation old man ^^
I'm sure he would enjoy that. I tried to buy him a drink, but all he wanted was a Coke since it was the middle of the day and he was still working. He did say we'd have a drink another time - which I hope will happen if I ever get back there again. BD
good job Bill, talk by the heart, talk for the people can not talk, good luck to you, thanks for the fun. long live bill, do my english broken too.... it ok put them together, polish it, it will looks good.
Keep going at it. It's not that difficult if you apply yourself properly. As for myself, I am on my 4th language now, namely Japanese. However, I already know English, French and Vietnamese. After Japanese though, I probably will look to Mandarin or perhaps an Arabic language.
@withoutyouwithinme nay, i dont think we have to sound necessarily like an american. we should have our own identity. our own accents, like thai accents of speaking english, its cool =]
vietnamese-american style... wow! i've seen many strange charracters in my country, viet nam. he is one of them. my grandmother is also that special. the only different is that she can not speak English.
