Tomatoes paste is optional but it does good to stews and sauces. It gives it more body because it is concentrated so it increases in volume

The close captions are terrible, they don't reflect what I think you are saying. I think this is a RUclips problem, but I am concerned that it doesn't affect your channel subscribers. I had shared your videos with some people who are interested in African cooking. Some couldn't always understand what is being said so they rely on close captions, then found themselves lost due to what they read.
