Thanks for the wonderful talk. Cherie always in point. In my humble case, is much more depending of the quality of attention and the decisions you make (alongside a reasonable control upon your life quality 😅) but again, in the level I can work in the actual moment. And of course, if you are lucky enough to practice that in a community with the right intention, then it really flies
