Its very comfortable. it is strange that toyota decides to bring this so late in India it will be interesting to see how they position this.
Obviously isn't going to be an assembled product,hence going to come up as a CBU so that affects the pricing too.I'd go for a 30-40lacs OTR for the Hiace.
here in Philippines it was launched last 2008 with 3 variants Hiace Commuter-15 seats but smallest of the 3 Hiace GL Grandia-10seats and bigger than commuter Hiace Super Grandia-15 seats the biggest like the one in the vid.
Why is he so excited about the headroom. With only one door in the rear, you are not expected to crawl to the last row, you need to be able to walk to get there.
You should have checked Toyota Philippines' official website because they have the published price list. The most expensive variant is close to P2,700,000.00 while the cheapest is close to P1,400,000.00 I love this van and would like to get one and convert it into a camper, one of these days.
