So my first "trial" method came from a video from Emerson call "thoughts transformed into waves of the spirit" It's very deep and may need to listen to it over and over then I link this video with another one call "thinking and feeling" by Emerson . You're going to now realize how we been living wrong..omg! So recently I was attack with a tooth ache and I shift my focus to positive things. I even told my brain I'm not registering this as pain but just a little tap..the pain started out soooo sharp bit by the time I stay focus it became a tap. Each time it attack, I did same thing and I almost perfect it now.. this isn't my only try outs but trying to keep it short for you. Hope this helps! 😊
