I am a technical person. As per my knowledge normal induction fan motor speed is controlled by increasing and decreasing it's supply voltage by means of regulator use, which consists of SCR. But BLDC motors Speed is controlled by increasing and decreasing frequency. So how the speed of Orient fan without remote, can be controlled by normal regulator, which has single SCR. And only can increase or decrease voltage. If it is real BLDC motor, this is not possible. Are they fooling by giving normal induction motor fan, in the name of BLDC? Have you opened any Orient BLDC fan without remote. Have you measured real consumption of electricity, by measuring it's supply current, with the help of tonge tester? If a normal capacitor which is normally used in fan, is also seen in this fan ,then it is not aBLDC fan.
