When I was a kid in Corvallis, we drove to the Newport waterfront to get crabs,
3 for a dollar at big boiling crab pots down on the docks. Highway 20 was a lot
narrower and more curvy. We liked to make a loop by heading south to Waldport,
then back to Philomath by OR-34, slow and even more curvy.

Wonderful drive - have done it many it so many times! Great to see it again after our last run back in March 2020. Nye Beach has really grown however, I always gravitated to Bay Blvd and Mo's Annex by the water!
