1. Steel selection: Starting from project requirements, suitable steel with correct specification are selected from inventory according to ERP material management, to prepare for subsequent insert processing and mold frame manufacturing.
2. Programming: Using CAD/CAM software for 3D programming and machining path planning to determine machining sequence, process parameters, and cutting tools.
3. Rough machining: Processes such as cutting, boring, drilling, milling, and turning are carried out on steels according to CAD/CAM drawings and programs.
4. Vacuum heat treatment: The rough machined inserts are subjected to vacuum heat treatment to improve hardness and toughness and extend the service life of the molds.
5. Finish machining: The mold frame are finish machined to meet the drawing requirements.
6. Inspection: Various performance and appearance inspections are carried out according to drawing.
7. Assembly: All completed mold frame is assembled, including A and B plates and other components included in the drawings.
