Can someone learn to dance like this not having this be a part of my culture? I want to dance like that. Most of the Bachata around me is not even close to this. The Bachata here is bad "American" Bachata and not taught well. I can see how the music makes you feel from your video. It's really great. I have a lot to learn. Thanks for your post. Respect

I completely agree with your statement about the terrible "Americanized" bachata they often teach, so the best thing you can do if you would like to learn to dance like the dominicans in this video is to find an actual dominican willing to teach you. That is, however, easier said than done. Also, the comment above mine gives some rather good advice as well. I wish you the best of luck!
I wish I knew how to dance like this unfortunately I don't so I will continue with my basic two step breaking my hips 😂even tho its not the "correct way" I still enjoy bachata 🤷🏻♀️
