Hair is hydrophobic. It likes moisture but it doesn't like to be soaking wet. Washing hair is the only time hair should be soaking wet...Unless you go swimming.

I think it depends on the person I have low poriosty hair and it won't detangle unless my hair is drench in water spraying a little doesn't loosen up anything I hate how messy it is but I'm use to it my hair is thriving and thick as ever 🙌🙌 Thank you Lord
No, depends on the hair. Mine is Type 4 a/b and very low porosity I have to drench it with very warm water to open my shafts.

Hi! I do stretch my hair every 2 weeks. Stretching my hair has significantly reduced the single strand knots in my hair. And I trim my hair as needed (At least 2 times a year) I am so happy you are a fan of my products! ❤️

How did you get past shoulder length with washing in 1 section? I have kids and an hour with a head cap on just won't cut it with me plus 3 hours to style and a 30min deep condition and an hour to finger detangle in all of that. All that has to take 20min max.
Buy a pick from pattern! That thing detangles my hair in no time and I have a lot less breakage and shedding
