Once they were left "Alone" by their record / management companies to create what they wanted, well... look what they did. Alone's somewhat sad, heavy yet empowering story (topics Miku's known for writing about), up against Kanami's up-tempo, complex yet rockin' music is quintessential Band-Maid. BAND-MAID is an important influence and contributor to the music industry with a continuous, growing worldwide fanbase. But to me, they are just the best sounding, best writers of hard rock music, and the most fun, joyous group of musicians to come along since the Beatles! Thx, Lanae!

I can't listen to most BAND-MAID songs without tearing up. This and the stuff they did during shut down really hit hard.

Great reaction and this live is probably the best version of this song. The audio is mixed so well that you can hear more clearly all the musicians and especially the vocals, Mikus parts shine throughout this performance.
As Champ said, Alone is "Pop-Punk" until the solo, then Kanami switched to a Metal song.
Lanae I love them even more like you because of the documentaries! It just makes they're music that much better!❤ What made me love them even more though is watching how much and so cute and funny these ladies really are and how much they truly care for each other!❤ If you haven't already try and watch akane's birthday stream part1,2and 3! I really have not heard such interesting solos since Van Halen. I'd be down with longer solo sequences. Such as Hot For Teacher.
