Two state solution is not a problem, since Palestinians already have autonomy in the West Bank and Gaza. The problem is the capital of Palestinian state, because they want it to be East Jerusalem, while Israelis will never agree to that. Also, as it is the case in Ukraine, loser doesn't get to dictate the conditions of peace. Iran doesn't have the leverage to dictate anything bar the price of oil, and even that is the case while they control the strait of Hormuz. Who knows if they will continue doing so.
