Please do not ask me, our developers, scheme makers, or beta testers for the mod early. When we tell you no do not procced to ask 3 more times and then offer to pay 10$-15$ for the mod we aren't making this mod paid and it will never be paid. I've haven't been bothered by people asking but when you try to "bribe" or "persuade" people on the dev team to give you the mod I draw the line. We know who you are, stop trying to buy the mod." Thoughts on it now - You have asked Smugner, Snowburger (YOU EVEN OFFERED HIM MONEY LMAOAOA), TriNitroToluene, and me and we all told you no. You continue to ask even when we tell you no. That first one is a near-perfect reenactment of Tony Stewart's 2001 flip! The way it did the blowover was super accurate, except it rolling away from the wall instead of towards it, only the barrel roll was off.

Most developers are only looking to make a sellable game- not the most realistic game.

this wasn't made by the beamng devs themselves, this is a mod made by someone else
this game has taken over 7 years to make so idk if we should have this as our devs

No it's not. Thats why NASCAR cars came with a rollcage... if there is no rollcage then im sure it's 100% fatal.
@@CivettaScintillaEnjoyer The rate at which the car decelerated was beyond what a human can survive. A side impact means that the seat can only do so much and the person is slammed against the side of the seat. Lets assume that the car was doing 200 KPH, (inside the braking zone for next corner) and the stop was literally instant. That amount of G forces no matter what condition would turn literally anyone into mush, their internal organs would all be ripped from the muscles and tissues holding them in place and things like lungs and stomach would compress and cause fluids to instantly boil. Its not pretty and its a horrific way to die.
You have to understand, in a stop like this, even if the car stops, the person is still doing 200kph and when the body stops, the organs are still doing 200kph, it just tears everything. Also 100% broken neck if not decapitated.
You need to put spectators in the stands again! PLEASE!!!

Why this ancient game hasn’t shipped with its own replay suite built in, is beyond me. It’s 2023 not DOS days. Heck, even carmageddon TDR had its own slo-mo multi camera replay centre built it. Just record and play. Then switch cameras to what you want inc speed etc THEN save it. Instead we have this archaic spreadsheet…. Yeah I own it. People are clearly amused today when it’s been done decades previously-properly!

It's voluntary, people like this kind of crashes
To answer your question, it's aerodynamics. Car spins around, air gets under it and lifts it up. The flaps that you see come up are supposed to help mitigate lift and hopefully keep the car planted to the ground.
