- Maxin10sity proudly presents one of the biggest building projection of the world on the Parliament of Bucharest.
We made it for the 555th anniversary of Bucharest.
Maxin10sity was the Artistic Curator of the event.
The projection was made with 104 pieces of 20.000 ANSI lumens projectors.

when everyone stares at an awesome show through their small screens just a few feet away, you know the world has changed!
Went to iMapp for the first time today. That was beyond amazing. I'll soon be leaving Romania, but will hopefully witness more of these events in the future.🇷🇴
Can't help noticing. Everyone for 6 minutes filming with their phone. Put'em down people, and live the moment. One professional filming is enough no need for hundred other shaking and maybe in portrait mode just to be shared on facebook. Same thing happens at concerts. :(

We can watch on youtube in much better quality(thanks for this video) anyway, all of those people should have enjoyed the moment.....

When I started the video I just glanced at the crowd and I naively thought that it was lanterns for the celebration. It's only at the end that I realized it was their phones.
People don't care about the spectacle itself. They just want to brag to their friends "Hey, look, I was here, and you weren't". Same thing when they travel, in concert or with f****** food instagram pictures. The only aim for them is to desperately say "hey, my life is sooooo much cooler than yours. Look where I am/who is on the stage/how cool is the restaurant". Except that it's not if they don't seize the day.
76Eliam People wants to have memories from that moment, share with friends and watch it every time they want to. I also thought about my photo & videos on my own trips... enjoy the moment or watch the pics-vids. 1st thing I ask people traveling around is when can I see the pictures. hhee

That's what people who doesn't seize the day say.
Using a GOOD camera on a tripod next to you is fine. No problem with that. It's even a good idea.
But holding a shaking crappy phone and spending the whole show looking at the blurry pixelated screen with bad contrast is NOT enjoying the moment .
Out of all the 5 projections this was the best one.

I wondered what the 555 meant while I was there in bucharest. This projection would have been awesome as that building is very, very large.
555 years since Bucharest was first attested in history.
And what do you mean with would have been? It was projected on the building, this video is the projection on the building

incedible job.Where is Romania, where is Bulgaria my country.They always been better than us, i envy them.Thats a real good mapping and huge quantity of lumens.

Bulgaria was ahead of Romania in 2000-2008, from then the advancement in economy, fight against corruption and so on went more and more in favor of Romania. Don't really know what happened with Bulgaria or Romania that one started stagnating and the other started to develop faster.
i seen also incredible laser shows from germany company infront of this building.With water screens, and very high quality equipment.I hope to show my laser shows someday to Romania audience:)
and not to forget about the magicians show, 2013 i take part in magic convention in Bulgaria, 3 magicians from Romania came, one of them won the 1st place in the most difficult category -stage magic.His name is verdini, very good friend of mine.

like hide a building by projecting a mountain on it that matches the mountain behind the building.
also, we are close to that so called "retro reflection" camouflaging technology.

+khaled rock the combined available lumens of all 104 projectors is over 2mil. Is possible they did not use them all at once, calculated for actual intensities, etc..

i really enjoy 3d mapping, but for fuck sake people y'all SAD SAD SAD. Sometimes wonder how our society has become so fixated with technology. Everyone is holding up a smartphone. I bet you missed out on it all because you were looking on your little screen.

Too generic
To overload. Showing all possbile effects without any story doesn´t make a good show.
The story projections are dull and not entertaining this is art at its finest not a classroom. Everyone seemed enthralled with the show the artists at
Maxin10sity are the Godfathers of video mapping and are always on point with the video and the music they select no one even compares or comes close to the caliper they produce and you think it needs to be a story. Go ahead and look at the ones for the queens jubilee and see how well a story fits
