Lisa Frankenstein is a coming of RAGE love story about a teenager and her crush, who happens to be a corpse. After a set of horrific circumstances bring him back to life, the two embark on a journey to find love, happiness - and a few missing body parts.
The film was written by Diablo Cody, Directed by Zelda Williams, and stars Kathryn Newton, Cole Sprouse, Jenna Davis, and Carla Gugino.

Just got home from an early screening it was a fantastic movie, one of the few movies I would go back and see before it leaves theaters. It is just so full of good references and set up. I know it had some weaknesses but the whole movie was more than the sum of its parts.

I didn’t like Jennifer’s Body either and I loved this one

People say loved it, though the box office numbers tell the actual truth... very low tickets sold. When you hear people comparing it to other film's like Jennifer's Body, Beetlejuice, etc... it's a tell tale that the film does not stand well on its own. Calling it "Frankenstein" was not necessary since it is far removed from that name's legacy. This movie was like a pizza with very little sauce, a lot of cheese and way too overcooked 🤣🤣🤣
