Just a question; how do you motivate yourself? Honestly I’m really struggling! Watching videos like these usually help me but I’m stuck in a rut which is making me so stressed, then the stress makes me stressed 😅😂xxxx
The usual "get yourself a cup of coffee and tie your hair in a bun" usually helps me. And thinking "one hour, just one hour and then you can take a break". Also, thinking that I'm learning things so I can help others gives the extra motivation I usually need. I hope I helped you 😃
I try to visualise what I’m working towards, it’s it’s passing a year in college or acing a test or getting healthier fitter. Whatever your goal is, and I think… what am I going to gain from sitting in my bed for an extra half an hour compared to what am I going to gain if I get up and get started with my day. Start small, little victories, write lists, get into a routine and hopefully that helps. Try and add a couple of things into your day which will make you feel more productive! You’ve got this ❤️
