Indians claim to be vegetarians but they eat less vegetables than the typical westerner. Even the rare palak vegetable that u eat is useless bcos u ruin all of its benefits they way you cook it. Indian foods are definitely very tasty but they are extremely useless when it comes to nutritious benefits barring the spices being used.
