@@yangmaster24well for a very cheap price maingay naman yung wigo kasi lack of insulation eh pero maganda upgrade naman yung City Rs kasi parang mag bigay ng civic vibes but in a affordable price but the drawbacks with the brio is the standard features like the reverse camera and sensor it might be small but still useful yung wigo is more for features than the brio but if your looking for performance brio maganda but for just basic but high tech is wigo to go but if you want both is best to get a City RS
After a few months of self-research and learning from all of the RUclips videos available, I went for the Brio. I've driven the Wigo and Mirage and both don't sit well with me as it felt like I was driving a can on the highway. I decided to go with better driving feel and engine. All the tech cons are stuff I can definitely live without. I only wish that the dashboard was digital.
I am going for an RS MT. 2024 model (the one that the Honda dealership near me carry, but not entirely sure for the fully-loaded RS that I want). The thing that wooed me towards the City, away from its competitor is the Android Auto.
The only advantage of brio to wigo is that it has a 4 cylinder engine, more hp & torque but wigo has more advanced features such as smart entry, push start, auto folding side mirror, reverse camera, back censor etc.
When previous generation or 5 year old cars have better tech and safety, more power and are cheaper, whats the point of these so called new generation cars? Honda really dropped the ball on this one, not even adding full ADAS that others have. 2023 and 2024 is the year of ADAs and Electrification.
It's important to recognize that not everyone has the means to invest over a million in a new car. Many first-time car buyers who choose financing often prefer vehicles in the 700-900k range to keep their monthly amortization low. This price range leaves little room for profit margins, which is why brands in this category may not offer as much (even the Chinese cars such as the Alsvin, Foton Gratour, and Changhe A6). The true value tends to emerge when you're willing to spend at least a million.
@@deandrekyle Thanks for confirming what I said. It's not a need or necessity, but only a plus. If you can't back-up a small car and other sedans without NEEDING a cam, then you seriously shouldn't be driving. That is not an insult or me picking a fight. That's a BASIC skill EVERY driver should have, else, they shouldn't even be given a license which is a privilege. Oh, and stop putting gender into the equation. ALL drivers should have equal BASIC skills.
Now I understand why a lot of new Brio users went for the RS.
I regret buying Wigo over the Brio back in 2021 when they are priced pretty much the same
Oks lang yan, still great respect to Wigo. Congrats pa din

Wow 800k+ na pala ito? That used to be the TOTL Honda Jazz 1.5 and base Civic 1.8! Add a little more for the Civic.

That's my opinion, others consider much on engine but others may look to advanced features it all about our personal preference ✌️
Good review
Few honda brio on the roads compare to toyota wigo...
this or the wigo?
The Brio is wayyy better than the Wigo. Don’t fall for that Daihatsu rebadged crap.
it should be, its over 100k more expensive now,
@@yangmaster24It is, back then and until now. The Wigo is crap

Cars smaller than crossovers shouldn't need a reverse cam anyway. 😁
I beg to differ. Small cars are usually owned by newbie and the ladies, therefore a reverse camera is a plus
