I did get the 1:24 scale "Battinson" mobile after ordering it from a hobby store, picked it up yesterday. Opened it up today. I already have the Arkham Knight's and 1989's cars from the 1:24 so it'll match perfectly. I'm only missing the Tumbler and Animated Series cars which I'll probably get from a trade show like International Auto Show in Montreal. I'm in the process of moving in the next months or so... which means any plan for art is out the window for the moment. I respect what they added in the 1:18 scale and, yes, I do see where it is innacurate. Many of the early toys or collectors items can fail to match the movie prop in some details which is understandable like the addition of a passenger's seat which the 1:18 scale vehicle doesn't, neither does the 1:24. However, the innacuracy and my previous acquisitions is what pulled me to stick with the 1:24 scale. This does feel like a Dodge Charger on steroids, a screeching monster on the hunt. Couldn't help but have a smile on my face when I heard that engine revving and that flame jet before the jump. If I may, I do recommend you pick up the "Batmobile Manual: Inside the Dark Knight's Most Iconic Rides" from Insight Editions as it does have detailed illustrations of most Batmobiles and additional vehicles such as the Tumbler, the Justice League's, the Animated Series', some from the comics and the Arkham Knight's. And yes, it does have some illustrations from the "DIY" take from The Batman. It feels like an encyclopedia, far from being a documentary-style book where the design process is explained (I already have The Art of The Batman). Yeah... I think I love this vehicle quite a bit. In fact, I don't think I dislike any of the on-screen appearances... but I will always prefer those from good movies, series or games. They tend to stand out as a result.
Thanks for this kick ass video. I am still waiting on this version and have and love the cars that are die cast and you assemble yourself. I only have the Burton Batmobile atm though. Really want the others . There are another kind that you can find at wal mart as well that are really nice . I'm sure someone told you but the hood feature is when he is assembling the car and is solving a riddle . I have been super busy myself and have slept on some of your videos so now I'm catching up . Thanks again. You are 1 of my fav channels!
Thanks! I just emptied my bank account FURTHER buying this AMAZING Batmobile, LOL! But I have more than 5 Batman figures that potentially scale to this vehicle, and have the articulation to look good doing it. I used the link you provided, so that was also appreciated. I'd done business with E.E. before, so already had an account. Thanks again for helping me spend my money, LOL! (On a REAL COOL BATMOBILE!)
It’s just a car hood he didn’t open it but it’s so you can work on it and look in it
I have 2 of these 1:18 scale Batmobiles . One to display and the other is still sealed in the box.
Nice. Check in a while how much that sealed one will go for.

RIP wallet.
Beautiful
Great video
My problem is can you even get the figure in the car? But looks awesome
Nope, he's stiff standing up so he won't fit.
