we are old. I fucking love this record. holy shit...when I was younger I got hit by a car while wearing a Crossed Out t shirt and almost died. They had to cut the t shirt to give me emergency shoulder surgery...I wish I still had it...oh well. fuck it
I always hated having to play after these guys! They always blew me away live! I would tell Dallas that and he would just give me a look. Just the nicest guys.
@@grindmanwell thank you very much for the kind words. I pop up from time to time. I have a lame Channel somewhere here and I'm on Instagram as power violence OG
If you really had to complain about something yes it would be the large gaps between the songs. Other than that this band is one Powerful Beast and Incredibly nice guys
Crossed Out is top of the heap Power Violence. I heard the singer is selling hair supplements now?! Just stumbled onto your channel, like what you're doing here.
Crossed out are legends. One of the first band that introduces me to Power Violence. Don't know what the singer, or any other member, are doing 30 years later but I hope they are all fine and doing well with their families. They've contributed a lot to the underground and their stuff is raw and violent. This singer has an awesome pissed and angry vocal that became a huge influence for many bands. If he ever reads this : thanks man! Thanks for the nice words about the channel!
Dallas and crossed out and Beattie in No Comment just had the best fucking throat ravaged pissed off hardcore vocals since John brannon…both have a similar, but equally distinctive style. I think Beattie tops it as I can hear all his lyrics clear as a bell
Its true, Dallas is selling hair products now, it was his family business and he stepped in to take it over when his father retired. There is an interview with him about it that is fairly easy to find if you Google his name. May seem silly, but we all gotta make a living somehow. I work for the Department of Labor in my state and I'm writing this at my desk rn. To quote a wiser man than myself: Life is cheap, but living is expensive.
You may have bought this ep in '93, but it is not the first pressing. The original includes two excerpts from The Planet of the Apes movies. Nice turntable, though.
Hi, from Discogs : www.discogs.com/fr/release/1996973-Crossed-Out-Crossed-Out "Pressing info: 1 unique press of 1000 copies. Huge gaps between the songs. who would you say is better than crossed out? Larm? Spazz? Dropdead? I haven't seen any Charles Bronson yet... hhmmmm.... o_O Crossed Out gets it's dues because WHEN they did it... in terms of WHEN they did it, I would say Siege might be the only one worthy of the title or Anal Cunt. Is there any Siege - Dropdead on this channel?

Crossed Out was the best! You can't fuck with Crossed Out!
The actual best.
Grail item. I’m still on the hunt for a copy. Perfect 7”, even with those big ass gaps between songs 😂
