Disliking a cover of a song, or even a band you like is no excuse to start insulting people. I for one prefer the original too. I think the song sounded much better the way it was, and I'm actually a fan of this type of music. I mean, this song simply wasn't meant to be hard rock. It's a soft, more relaxed song. Some songs are good to evolve, some aren't. And, I feel the need to point out, not all evolutions are good. It just so happens that only the good ones survive to the next generation.
