i have 1 problem with Monroe, for a bad ass werewolf he seems so weak, i mean al of the blutbods or whatever the fuck they are called. i mean in one ep when he gets in a fight i rips a man arm clean off a man with his bear hands(clearly superstangth) but then u see him get the shit kicked out of him in the fucking cage fight wtf not to mention whenever Nick get in a fight with a blutbud he can fucking over power it, i know he is a grimm but i dont remember him being superman. (well he did get super strangth later on but anyway) itjust wanna say i love the char of monroe i just dont feel they make him the badass he should be
I think that's the difference between a Blutbad and Wieder Blutbad -- Monroe has given up his carnal ways to lead a more peaceful, clock loving, wine drinking life. So, it's not that he doesn't have it in him to be a bad ass, it's just that he's tampered down his Wesen side. (How do I stay good? Diet, drugs, and Pilates -- Remember from episode 1?) But, yeah when he's angry he's been known to let loose. (The torn off arm, for example.) I've heard rumors we may get to see the darker side of Monroe coming soon. I'm excited if the writers decide to let his character open up that way, I like him a little angry. (;
Tyler Wellman he doesn’t like to use his full power because that would mean he’d have to let go of his control over it and like you said what happened at the hospital that was what he wants to avoid and also anything that he did in the past he doesn’t want to do it again that’s why he seems so “weak” when actually it’s taking all his strength to hold back so he doesn’t go back to his old ways and that in itself I think is so fucking badass
