so now Penpa reached there safely and we reached our home safely too. Thank you everyone for the wishes and giving so much love to our part one video.🙏
In my next video I will be showing how I spent my quarantine in our settlement so till then stay safe stay tuned 😁
About me: I m Tenzin Woeser from kollegal settlement. After my high school I've completed diploma in music & dance Teacher(TTC) from TIPA, Dharamsala for one year. And in 2011 I started my work as Music Teacher Under STSS. Currently i am a music Teacher of STS Petoen, Dharamsala.

when having food in public, please be careful not to touch the food with fingers directly, avoid dangerous covid. i think that using disposable chopsticks or napkin to clamp food is safer, especially during epidemic. strongly recommend everyone considering disposable chopsticks , distinguish public chopsticks and private chopsticks. i always worry about pilaf.
during quarantine, physical exercise is a good habit to keep fit.
