The death of Bhishma, Abhimanyu and Karna is very sad in each series of Mahabharata. Bhishma sacrificed his rights to become the king and gave it to his younger brothers. Bhishma showed us that we should be ready to sacrifice anything for our family. Abhimanyu fought bravely and courageously on the 13th day of Kurukshetra and showed us that we should be brave and courageous in every situation. Karna became insulted in the society as the son of a charioteer but he didn’t gave up and tried hard to showcase his strength, valour and power but the mistake he did was he supported the wrong side. He taught us to be on the right side. Three great evergreen warriors.

I watched this movie twice, I think I will watch it a third time, Thank you for sharing this movie, I am learning about yoga and this movie was a great way to truly understand how things happened. I was looking forward to purchasing a book but I won't have to do that anymore. This happened in my family, ppl just feeling jealous and finding ways to keep my family away. There are many deep things that ought to be learnt from every character, every dialogue. It is difficult to plainly comment on someone as hero or villain. We -- all humans -- are partly Duryodhan, or Arjuna, or Bheem, or Karna, or Kunti or any other character in our lives. Mahabharata can be reflected as 'Maha-yuddha' happening within ourselves almost daily. So, this epic is undoubtedly an eye-opener that helps us to introspect ourselves and make our lives meaningful in much, much better way. Many thanks to Shree Krishna and Shree Vyasaraya!
And, pertaining to the direction, animation and production of this movie, it is overall executed very well. Kudos to the entire team. :)

I give high props to the idea and animation of the movie. Also, selection of characters and voices of high profile Bollywood personalities is also very credible.
Any movie/show with their roots in their epic always has the greatest impact on the young generation. But, to me, this movie lacked in the following areas.
1. This movie felt rushed, if the target audience were kids (Ages 5 through 15), I suspect that most important lessons were missed by them.
2. Most characters seemed similar to each other (everybody had mustache), this made it difficult to recognize good and bad people at times during the movie, it was sometime inside the movie when I started recognizing the voices and was able to differentiate.
Again, if the target audience is kids, it would be difficult to distinct between good and bad people in the movie
3. In my opinion, the message should be targeted towards love (devotion towards the indestructible) and Dharam (Truth and Just). But the movie was just an exact replication of the events happened in Mahabharatha, it is difficult to cover everything in 3 hours.
So selective emphasis should have been provided/focused on 2 major qualities (devotion and Just), rather than trying to cover everything.
Again, this is just my personal opinion.
Beautiful movie! ❤️ i'm glad that I stayed till the end and didn't stop watching it after first 10-15 minutes (as it may seem little too childish at first). Really heart touching! Will surely recommend!!

Which teaches so many lessons of life that Stand confidently in struggle, keep your words, respect feminism and lot more. I saw this epic for first time but it was amazing. I was completely lost. I thought I was on the field of war fighting against kaurabhs.
Best Animated Movie. We should show this to our children to know them to sacrifice for family, bonding between brothers & so many lessons to learn from this epic story.
I was always be very curious to know all about THE MAHABHARATA.

कर्ण मित्रता के लिए महान है क्योंकि उसे पता था कि उसका मित्र अधर्म पर है लेकिन उसने उसका साथ नही छोड़ा अपने जान की परवाह किये बिना , उसे ये भी पता था कि वो भी मरेगा क्योंकि वो अधर्म का साथ दे रहा है। महाभारत कौरव ar पांडवो का युद्ध था धर्म अधर्म , न्याय और अन्याय के लिए , जिसके लिए महाभारत बनी है उसे समझो न की किसी एक को गलत और किसी एक को गलत बोल कर मत समझो

This story has made us feel sorry for Karn in the end. And yes, karn deserved mother's love and royal pleasure for which he was insulted as he was raised by lower caste.
But I think we need to cherish every character equally. Krishna reflects that loyal friend who is always their in our hard times.
Bhim symbolizes strength and Arjun stands for charismatic and highly talented man. Yuddhisthr is more like Lord Rama who always stuck to his duty. Duryodhana symbolizes greed and all other evil nature in us.

Karna was called sootputra.
Who were the soots?
Soot= the offsprings of mixed of two Varna a kshatriya father+ a Brahmin mother .
What were the duties of a soot?
Soot did three things
1.kathavachak ( Even the present day available Mahabharata, ramayan, puranas all are told by a Rishi called soot ji, this Rishi too was a soot, worked as a kathavachaak.)
2. Warrior

Now tell me is being a soot is an insult?
Similarly Shri Krishna was too raished by cowherd man /milkman of gokul. But Sri Krishna was always proud of his adopted ancestory. Although even he too was insulted by the kings , but Sri Krishna never bothered about the opinion of others, example shishupal..
Karna was a student of guru Dronacharya, he was very jealous of Arjun's talent, then he approached dronacharya and requested dronacharya to teach him the knowledge of brahmastra, because he knew only with the help of brahmastra he could defeat arjun, but guru Dronacharya refused him knowing his bad intention and jealousy towards Arjun.
Then Karn approached to parshuram ji and gained the knowledge of brahmastra..
Duryodhan just used karna as his shield knowing Karn's ill intention towards Pandavas..
