Jokes aside kefir is adding something big this year because if you see the updates they did like the commune trials you see that it's possible to get 1 atv transmission every time the commune trials event shows up which is every month therfore you can have 10 atv transmissions in 10 months which means only one thing, if they are making the atv easier to assemble they want more players to assemble it so they can add the next big vehicle
I think that they have to nerf how much items you need to assemble the ATV, since you need ash logs to craft the heli, and probably only like 5% of players Have the ATV

I remember an event where you can find a horse on the top of a barn or something like that It’s been a while since I saw that event(can’t even remember what is it)
Kefir can add horse into the game but that would cost devs on their behalf of profits = (selling oil in shop) Advance player like me already accumulated barrels of oil at base & use very little amount So having a transportation like horse that can have equivalent storage space as chopper bike & just need to consume food player eats to replenish energy seems overkill So to make it balance devs either limiting the horse use by increasing it's resting time ( double the player energy amount ) or be given horse food
& in one of LDOE shorts before I already told someone that adding new stuff into the game required specific additional event/map/weapon/gear/boss for that item For example we craft motorcycle in means of traveling into Northern zone ( unlocking the watchtower ) ATV to swamp location Boat to nearest island = Dead Island & Sand Quarry & Also don't forget that the new item that players have been eagerly asking like Tungsten & Helicopter would require additional part that we seen like when we assembling the ATV or Van & Motorcycle Tungsten with addition map , boss , enemies , armor , weapon , mods , buff , resources & many more!! Same with horse , horse stable? horse specific food/feed/ horse gear/armor, how much energy does horse have & etc

I wait for helicopter so long but I found something Number 1 do you remember the video cell last day on earth 6th anniversary the was cool one so they made man a bit cool and a bit realistic I guess and the was realistic rock too but I think if they add a bit realistic man but they never add I bit sad for that that they not add realistic tree and man or woman or rock or maybe something Number 2 is that do you remember that the is armour power I don't what 2 locations cell but what if we have armour power that zombies can't kill us but it can damage if it broken them you need go home and it will heal but what you need is a don't what I cell but how to build is 6 light 15 rubber 2 hook that I will say number 3 and 25 metal and that all it will help your armour power heal or you can paint your armour power red or blue or maybe fire and you can upgrade like big metal arm leg and head or 2 laser that only shot 1 time them wait 10 s or maybe something more upgrade Number 3 what if the was lot of like crisps that will heal you 10 or maybe it takes 35 food little crisps 15 and or maybe hook I don't what it use for and pen or pencil or maybe chocolate that all I can tell
Making ATV feels complex 🫠, 90% people haven't crafted ATV, haven't finished settlement..... Even if they introduce helicopter making it feels more complex. First they need to simplify the game. Collecting resources it self takes lot of time. Thats why LDOE is loosing it's community slowly.

There are multiple solutions to that: Horse can require an insane amout of carrots or instead of carrots it can require corn which is harder to find
