OMG...Dear Alicia....this resonates perfectly. I will re start my journalling...I have a sore throat. .it is because I've been suppressing annoyance at my friend who has become self obsessed with her personal dramas....treating me with indifference. I could not express my hurt as her dramas are real and complex. So, now I will express my feelings in my journal. And I am practising self care this week. Embracing solitude. Thank you Alicia. ❤❤🎉🎉
