Please answer… do you highly recommend new grad RNs having a hospital bed side job to start ? I really struggled with my job bed side acute care med surg , I was only there 2 weeks and quit . I don’t know if I should continue with hospital bedside just to get experience- for 1 year at least ? Please answer 🙏 I greatly appreciate it!
