Frozen Paratha Recipe
plain flour: 250g
milk powder: 15g or 2tbs
baking powder: a pinch
salt: 1/4 tsp ( 1.5 g)
sugar: 5g
ghee: 10 g or 1 tbs
mix all ingredients well. Gradually add water little by little and knead well and make a dough. in the end rub little ghee on the dough.
