Just wanted to say that this was a really great run. Never seen or heard of LRock before, but beyond his delivery of a clean run his explanation of mechanics and dry sense of humor were both spot on. The couch was great at talking tactics as well, so despite my complete lack of knowledge when it came to the game, I felt like I was still in the loop. Will definitely be keeping an eye out for LRock and his crew at future events!
Does no one else know about Logan's aerial slide cancel? Also cyclops can laser in the air while maintaining momentum which causes absolutely no penalty to movement when you land afterward.
The only special ending I’ve seen for this game is when you beat the entire game from the start (no passwords), including beating each X-Mans level on Asteroid M. I did that and I definitely didn’t get all the Xs in Gambits intro stage
17:07 I really hope he means Cyclops is one of the most boring characters TO PLAY AS IN THIS GAME, because in the comics he is certainly one of the most in-depth, interesting, and integral characters in the beginning of the series. If not, the entirety of the series. Oh well, the people that have read it know what I’m talking about, and perhaps he just means in this game. That would be understandable.
Am I the only one who gets annoyed every time the "Stop Timer Guy" takes like 3 seconds after the player says 'time' to actually stop the stopwatch? hahahaha just pointing that out. Gr8 game and awesome run BTW!
This was great, Lrock was way funnier (and informative) than a lot of the memelords that were trying way too hard, and the run was fun to watch. By the way, you can't blame the game designers for making Cyclops the most boring character. They were just trying to be accurate to the comics.
I just bought an snes cartidge of this a few days ago off of Amazon. I platy tested it, and it's good to go! With shipping, it was still under $20. Can't wait for my daughter to open it on Christmas morning!!

I played the hell out of this game growing up. beat it once. I remember feeling cheated by the ending being so short.

You only need to beat the game without passwords and have all of the xmen alive. You don't have to beat each of the chatacters' Asteroid M levels.

I was specifically referring to this game. Cyclops is awful in Mutant Apocalypse.
