Is suicide note is considered under section 32(1) of IEA ??
I have a doubt in particular that the presence of "doctor" could be raised as to state that was the deceased in correct state of mind, as Hon'ble SC stated in case of Purshottam Vs State of NCT of Delhi, 2020 that there is no need for the presence of Magistrate or Police, but they did not mentioned Doctor in it.

Can the dying declaration recorded by the father be rejected because he was the father of the deceased (interested witness)?
It won't be rejected per se. Although such declaration would call for close scrutiny and would be admitted only where it's corroborated by other circumstantial evidences.
