Yes. Check the "Written by" info. You got the three writers of "Why Tell Me Why" and also Ingela "Pling" Forsman who wrote the Swedish lyrics. "Why Tell Me Why" was released in 1981, and this Swedish cover in 1983. ( Carola’s debut album )
