This performance was made, after the AGT final, when everything had already been decided, is an Angelina's fantastic reinterpretation, but is also a wonderful joint performance by 3 artists, very different from each other, that however integrate wonderfully, if it distracts from Angelina's voice just close your eyes. Her voice is, once again, surprising, certainly much more emotional and powerful than Lewis's version. 😊❤️

Polo, your reaction videos are the ONLY ones I can even remote tolerate. That said, I am also a HUGE FAN of you and your shows. I go down the Polo rabbit hole and before I know it, it's 1-2 AM. I am 65 this summer and most of what you play is "my era", the best era for music. Angelina Jordan too is probably the only exception to that belief about 60s & 70s classic rock only and my guilty pleasure, 80s pop music. But...Angelina gets me glued to songs I have never voluntarily sat through before.. Just an amazing voice, soul, and presence. Love you RUclips channel and every single episode I have ever watched. This is a great reaction! I actually prefer this version over the "live" performance. The "live" version was like watching a 3-ring circus, with the audience applauding for the sand artist, which she deserved, but several times inappropriately overpowering Angelina's vocals and Tyler's violin skills! Hi Elisabeth, this is a fan made video. This is actually a recording from the rehearsal and then put to the video from the actual performance. He did this in order to take out all the frequent applause from the audience. This rehearsal is also slightly slower in tempo. In the actual performance Angelina's voice never cracked and was much more powerful. In the rehearsal she obviously wasn't putting forth 100%. Just FYI This is one video I wish did not exist. I believe this is a Sam Smith song. But I have to say that it's the most beautiful rendition I personally have ever heard. That sand artist is amazing and Tyler Butler Figueroa is an impressive young violinist. All in all this collaboration performance, in my opinion, is the best one AGT has ever assembled.

He explained that the song was about his grandmother who passed away and to whom he was very close. I’m certain that Angelina knew the background of the song and it struck a chord with her because she had already experienced that with the loss of her grandfather. The show didn’t allow Angelina to win because she refused to sign a contract with the show after her audition. I quit watching the show after that. She had just turned 14 here !
