If you’re new to programming but want a career in tech, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND applying to one of Springboard’s online coding bootcamps (use code ALEXLEE for $1,000 off): bit.ly/3HX970h
i have been studying computer science since 4 years now and ironicly I still suck at programming because my professors couldnt make it interesting or funny to programm myself but watching you really makes me want to program more :D it's the little things in life like a fart generator that motivates you :D
I just discovered your channel. Instantly subscribed. You are a goldmine, as someone who recently started learning Java, I find your videos to be very interesting! Keep it up man
I'm from Belgium and I want to thank you for everyting because on yt there are other programers that don't expain it so good as you. (sorry for bad spelling I ussualy don't speak English)
Great video!! ☕☕ First question: Couldn't you have used a file as an input? Wouldn't that make it easier and cleaner? Second question: Could you at some point make a video explaining the different file i/o methods? Keep up the good work!!☕
Hi I am new to your channel and I’m recently working on a project using if and else statement on java like for example if a user enters a certain password after the account. I don’t know like how to make it work for java to like accept the password as what it is. Cause like the project has the if statement saying that if the password = to like what the person insets, it wouldn’t work for me for some reason so I thought to ask for help
Hey Alex, i discovered ur channel a few days ago and it's Lit🔥🔥 Could you pls make a video on how to insert and delete elements in an array... Edit: and also linear and binary search
So when you first showed the table assigning values based off the input, my brain jumped straight to switch statements because I did not know about hashmaps; so thanks for teaching that! But it seems like very similar functionality to switch statements. Is there a use case example where switch would be preferred? Awesome vid!
Yeah, right here. A hashmap is totally unnecessary here and only creates additional overhead. A hashmap really only makes sense if you have dynamically changing data yet still want to access elements very efficiently
Could you please make a tutorial about inner classes. I really need to understand this for my final exam in java:). I would really appreciate the effort.
Bro well done. But it really hurt to see that you dont have a video on threads. I'm about to get my certificate on java and that is the one thing holding me back.😓

Would it be possible to assign the string letters and integers of the hashmap via a for loop?
Yes, you'd just need another way of storing the adjectives too :)

This is amazing lmao

Can you make a video specifically on polymorphism/overloading(overriding)?
