Made sense that Jiraiya who couldn’t figure out pains abilites in time to send a coherent message or get away, a kid who lost to Shikadai in the chunin exam (woulda lost if not for the SNT), a kid Naruto, and a nerfed Sasuke could beat an otsotsuki.
He is beyond nerfed man, he even talked in his fight with naruto that with his rinnegan he could achieve even immortality and now he not only hasn't developed any further jutsus but he lost some, planetary devastation hasn't showed up once yet, chakra absorbtion (we can rather safely assume he can even do it from range or perhaps absorb jutsus bcs of how kurama told naruto to not unleash his jutsu till the last moment in their fight), i also haven't seen one of his very common jutsus before, his longer chidori, now apparently even though his eyes should be able to follow the fastest movements in existence basically, he can somehow MISS his amaterasu, do you even know how scary amaterasu was when it first showed up and now its just a joke, he instantly whopped bees ass when he used it against him, what about his flame control? Coating his sword is all he can do now? What about his rinnegan powers where he can pull people to him? A version of sasuke that posessed the rinnegan for 2 days was many many times stronger than the current one, his taijutsu is an absolute joke, i still remember when he was a kid and whooped ass with his taijutsu or what he copied from lee, his susanoo is outright embarassing now, its far weaker, it always only shows a small version of it and never a full susanoo and if we can assume that sasukes susanoo has surpassed that of madara after he got his rinnegan then he should be able to cleave gigantic MOUNTAINS in half. Some sound like the type of ppl that haven't watched shit from shippuden and the only bs about naruto so far is that he never fights, like even when we're talking about the peace of the world and bs like that he is still too busy with hokage work, every other hokage before him fought many times outside and werent even half as busy, when you have otsotsukis running around, as literally one of the two strongest remaining shinobi from the war, perhaps you would actually try to fkin help, so I cannot judge his power well, but I believe that if he would have further practiced his thing with clones or kurama clones gathering chakra, he could reach levels higher than his fight with sasuke and would be able to wipe the floor with any of the otsotsukis we saw so far, for example we have been shown so many times how fast naruto supposedly is, his speed alone would be enough to wipe the floor with urashiki who wouldn't be able to ever steal his chakra and even if he did, a clone or more clones gathering chakra in the background would be able to replenish it in minutes. Boruto has had way too many plot holes so far, even some fights and jutsus that dont make much sense and dont follow the logic of jutsu like in naruto and naruto shippuden, if I were to go into detail about how many characters have become insanely weak or other plotholes that dont make sense then I would be writing half a book worth so I'll stop, enough venting for now
Tl;dr. What I eill say is that, the Preta Path does not absorb chakra or jutsu from a jutsu. It doesn't work like that. Contact has to be established either with the enemy or with the enemy's jutsu.
Well think about it. Jiraiya got defeated by Pain who is 30x - 50x weaker the Urashiki. Tho if you watch the entire time travel arc, jiraiya defeated urashiki WITHOUT sage mode. Which is why boruto has some wacky power scaling.

Sasuke in boruto is like he forgot all of his previous abilities and only used the chidori, amaterasu (which never ever works), and the teleportation jutsu that removes 90% of his chakra.
Also he is fighting people supposedly stronger that him but Boruto is standing there…not dead from wind or debris or blast waves. How is a kid on the same battlefield with aliens?

He is beyond nerfed man, he even talked in his fight with naruto that with his rinnegan he could achieve even immortality and now he not only hasn't developed any further jutsus but he lost some, planetary devastation hasn't showed up once yet, chakra absorbtion (we can rather safely assume he can even do it from range or perhaps absorb jutsus bcs of how kurama told naruto to not unleash his jutsu till the last moment in their fight), i also haven't seen one of his very common jutsus before, his longer chidori, now apparently even though his eyes should be able to follow the fastest movements in existence basically, he can somehow MISS his amaterasu, do you even know how scary amaterasu was when it first showed up and now its just a joke, he instantly whopped bees ass when he used it against him, what about his flame control? Coating his sword is all he can do now? What about his rinnegan powers where he can pull people to him? A version of sasuke that posessed the rinnegan for 2 days was many many times stronger than the current one, his taijutsu is an absolute joke, i still remember when he was a kid and whooped ass with his taijutsu or what he copied from lee, his susanoo is outright embarassing now, its far weaker, it always only shows a small version of it and never a full susanoo and if we can assume that sasukes susanoo has surpassed that of madara after he got his rinnegan then he should be able to cleave gigantic MOUNTAINS in half. Some sound like the type of ppl that haven't watched shit from shippuden and the only bs about naruto so far is that he never fights, like even when we're talking about the peace of the world and bs like that he is still too busy with hokage work, every other hokage before him fought many times outside and werent even half as busy, when you have otsotsukis running around, as literally one of the two strongest remaining shinobi from the war, perhaps you would actually try to fkin help, so I cannot judge his power well, but I believe that if he would have further practiced his thing with clones or kurama clones gathering chakra, he could reach levels higher than his fight with sasuke and would be able to wipe the floor with any of the otsotsukis we saw so far, for example we have been shown so many times how fast naruto supposedly is, his speed alone would be enough to wipe the floor with urashiki who wouldn't be able to ever steal his chakra and even if he did, a clone or more clones gathering chakra in the background would be able to replenish it in minutes. damn he can make weapons to create an artificial weapon arm (like the mecha naruto filler ep). With one blink he chibuui tenseid or planetary devestationed (not one partially formed kurama like pain did) a full out form of kurama and all the other tailed beasts. Remember one blink and thats it bloody hell he could even use indras arrow a powerful jutsu so strong that naruto had to use kurama to take in sage chakra, & even had to use fusion kurama clones with six hands and 3 heads, 1 wind rasengan and tailed beast wind rasenga (actual name is Ultra-Big Ball Rasenshuriken) remember that wind beats lightning so a nature type advantage as well. yet they annihilated each other?!! @@prumchhangsreng979 Shouldn't the Rinnegan enable him to absorb chakra from other people's jutsu? Then again, it's possible that he's simply choosing not to expose the Rinnegan in front of Jiraiya and Naruto. But Urashiki was clearly dangerous enough that he should have used his Rinnegan.
@@MCSPARTAN501 I think he can absorb jutsu but i dont recall that it will increase his own chakra pool. It more like a technique that nullify any jutsu but it doesnt add chakra to the caster.
