Jakarta is Capital Indonesia. Try Transjakarta, MRT, Gojek, Grab. Tuk Tuk.
You can rent apartment for a month, it ia cheaper than hotel.

I miss Jakarta a lot, heaven for food lovers. The local, mexican, morroco, asia, europe, africa and many more. Just saying and explore. All of the restaurants are available.

9. PIK Chinatown
Trust me, this all will be worth it and fun. I will give another recommendation if you go to another cities.

Old town Jakarta actually was named of Batavia. Established in 17s century 1620 by Jan Pieterzoon Coen and finished in 1650

It depend in which part of jakarta are you in.. need more seminyak vibes..kemang area is one of places to go..kemang village (mall) more or less, in my opinion like kuta beach walk..south jakarta, usually more chill and less rush.
in jakarta and surrounding ( jabodetabek), you can find a little part of every culture in indonesia and world.. ui forest at depok , bsd, alam sutera, bogor,etc.. that area that rich with culinary cultures, natures ,modernity and heritages, ..so far not many foreign youtuber that cover it..

Tea plantation (Lembang/Bandung) another spot is Puncak ( Bogor/next of Bandung) is my highly recomended..
Mind-Blowing and spectacular view...little bit chilly-fresh air-quite very refreshment...such another vibe and we Call Bandung as "Paris Van Java"...
Seriously highly recomend...

If you like vegetarian food, there are many vegetarian restaurant that serve interesting food like vegetarian roasted "pork", "beef" rendang, "chicken" noodles. Try look in PIK or West Jakarta area. Enjoy Jakarta.

Jakarta can be considered as Mini Indonesia ,since this city is the "meeting point'" of all ethnics .....to explore the cultural diversities ,you can visit Taman Mini Indonesia /Mini Indonesia Park (East Jakarta)

Jakarta is amazing place in Asia for traveling shoping court food wow. A fiew years ego many pepole Come to Singapura and Malaysia for shoping. But now many People or touris shoping in Jakarta City.
