U r very correct I too had the same issue.... One of my friend who is a most famous home Baker she adviced me to increase our menu list and do offers to promote our business using the cake crumbs we can make pops and jar cakes for first time orders u give it to customers for free and further next time will charge minimum amount and thus by increase your orders and profits....upto my knowledge I shared hope this will help to some extent
