Excellent information. Very informative and answered some questions I had while validating what I already thought.

Be careful like the host says. To much additional income may increase your Medicare monthly payment reducing your pay and increasing Medicare premium

If you enter a nursing home. The home will get monthly payment not you. Home will also get social security and in some cases your home. So. Stay well.

Let’s face it - 70 is the “retirement age” in the US - you take a cut in Social Security benefits if you claim before age 70.

All these talking heads with the same old advice. Personally if i was advising people I would say do whatever you need to do to make sure you are healthy by the time you reach into your 50s. Put all your money in dividend aristocrat stocks (try to do different industries) and reinvest the dividends. When you hit your 50s see how much dividend income you are making form these stocks. If its 80% of your living expenses you are golden. Sell everything, downsize move either to a state with zero income tax or very low taxes in general and live your dream life. If you are adventures don't forget to look at countries outside of the US also as the cost of living can be half or less. Get your SS at 62 and invest it if you don't need it. let everyone else be in this rat race and accumulate more paper so they can be in a nursing home by 75

Jeremy, if your whiney voice wasn't so annoying, I'd be able to watch this series 🥺. This was 4 yrs ago, I just realized, so maybe the series has been redone, hopefully with a leader who is more aural agreeable
