@@paulomangeron5241 well I started with a eating disorder , so that kinda sucked.. But I looked up to my uncle cause he was jacked.. He actually helped me and bought my first weights , gave me a bench and even a squat-rack later.. I had alot of dedication , so started to eat alot to gain.. And started to do some research around bodybuilding , cause the first years I had no clue what I was doing 😂😅 Later I started to track calories and protein for a year and half ( calculated to gain from 72 kg to 80 kg ) And after a year and half you're actually getting aware of what you can eat and when you eat to much. 🤷‍♂️ I kinda eat whatever I want now , it's basicly a "plate diet" what really isn't a diet at all.. It's basicly a basic food chain what tells you how your plate should look to be healthy. In general I'm a healthy guy , I do eat daily snacks to be sure that I ate enough kcal except when I eat junkfood as a meal.. So , If I would like to eat pizza tonight I would just skip the snack .. Normally I like a coke with it but then I take a zero instead. 🤷‍♂️
