Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is an upcoming American superhero film based on DC Comics featuring the character Aquaman. Produced by DC Films, The Safran Company, and Atomic Monster Productions, and set for distribution by Warner Bros. Pictures, it is intended to be the sequel to Aquaman (2018) and the thirteenth film in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). The film will be directed by James Wan from a screenplay written by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick, and stars Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry / Aquaman alongside Amber Heard, Patrick Wilson, Dolph Lundgren, and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.
Momoa pitched a story for an Aquaman sequel during production of the first film, but Wan did not want to rush the next film. He agreed to oversee development of the sequel in January 2019, with Johnson-McGoldrick signed to write the screenplay a month later. Wan was confirmed to be directing the film in August 2020, and said it would expand on the worldbuilding of the first Aquaman. He announced the title for the sequel in June 2021, with filming beginning later that month in London. Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is scheduled to be released on December 16, 2022.

Honestly, based on the quick development of the court case, AH's involvement in the movie was cut town to around 10 minutes. If the reports from the leaks are correct, the movie was structured in the way that she could be partially removed if the situation goes tits up. Well, this has happened, she was proven in court to be a liar and an aggressor in the whole situation... Based on that they will probably not end up together at the end of the movie, or she will be sacrificed... The funny thing is that if they did not fire JD in the first place, non of this would have most likely even happened. As for the movie, I will probably see it but will most definitely not pay for it. Don't take this comment as a critique of the video, it is just a bit outdated since the things are moving really rapidly and the situation is changing in such a small amount of time...
I loved when Jason collaborated with Emilia Clarke (Khaleesi) in Game of Thrones…she’d be perfect in Aquaman 2 🥰

@@dljc45 They need to recast Mera, that's all. Just dump Amber Turd and replace her with Emilia Clarke instead. Jason worked well with her on "Game of Thrones," so he could easily work with her as "Mera" in future Aquaman films.

Sadly, I will miss Jason’s performance! I will not go to the theater to see the film with Amber Turd in it. They should have cast Amelia Clarke in Amber Turd’s place. For 3 very good reasons. 1. Amelia is a better actress than Amber 2. Amelia is much prettier than Amber 3. Amelia has very good chemistry with Jason Mamoa. I have boycotted all things Amber, sorry Jason!
