    What's your nutrition plan?
    I often get cramps after the event. Was thinking of trying "sport drinks".

      Probably worthy of another whole video. 😉
      Yes to sports drinks but avoid excessive sugar like Gatorade. You need electrolytes like potassium, magnesium, & salt. I had too much water and not enough electrolyte powder in my bottles on Saturday.

      @TrialsProgression why is sugar bad here? I thought it was justified when you have such a many-hour workout?
