I was impressed with the hammer proof demons in their promotion and pre-ordered the X9b which also comes with a Honor smart watch. However the X9b fell off my coat pocket onto the pebble footpath from about half a metre height when I sat down on a bench. As Honor offers warranty against crack glass, so I took it to the Hong Kong repair centre but was asked if I had my data backed up. I said replacing the rear circular lens glass cover doesn't even need to power on the phone, why would I have to bother with data back up. The receptionist informed me stern faced that factory reset is their standard procedure for every repair. So I rather forego the warranty and took it to an independent repair centre across the border in Shenzhen and had the rear lens cover glass replaced for ¥35 renminbi. I think the repair centre's feeble excuse to dishonor their obligation by making life difficult for customers. Although I'm pleased with the photos from the main lens, I don't think I would ever buy another Honor smartphone for their dishonorable warranty policy.
I don't understand why honor launched all phones at high price? I am still using Honor 8x and it is awesome phone with a reasonable price at that time.
I think they prioritize the other details more because those are a bit more beneficial because no one really takes their phone swimming in the sea. The Ipx53 on most phones is enough to get by with accidents or drops

Why some honor dealer said is 6 gen 1 proccessor?
It seem like that the processor for x9c is the same as the x9b one?
What about greenline issue?
