Yes, bloody gums are a sign of gingivitis, but your gums will bleed if they are inflamed, which is a sign your gums are not healthy, so to fix that, rinse with mouthwash.
2 Corrections from a dental student: 1. Point your brush into your gums at 45 degrees when doing the circular motion! It is THE most important part of brushing teeth as bacteria is scraped out from inside the pocket between your tooth and gum. Pointing the brush straight onto your teeth will not remove the bacteria hiding in there and this may be the difference between your teeth being healthy or you developing gum disease. 2. DO NOT RINSE THE TOOTHPASTE!!!!! After you brush, you need the toothpaste to stay inside your mouth for at least 30 minutes. You can spit away most but do not rinse the left-over paste in your mouth. It contains the "magic mineral" known as fluoride which provides the building blocks your teeth need to repair any damage on the outer surface. EDIT: For some reason, people think this means you rinse after 30 minutes... I SAID DO NOT RINSE! No rinsing means no rinsing, I gave extra information on how long it takes for toothpaste to START working. You want to keep the paste in your mouth as long as possible which means until your next meal. You DO NOT use mouth rinses, water, or anything else at the 30-minute mark... just let it stay there; your saliva, water, and food will wash it out in a couple hours during lunch. If your concern is the toothpaste taste with your food then don't be worried, the paste and taste will naturally wash away before your next meal. For those who are anti-fluoride, I have presented my case below already and will not be wasting my time replying any further. I would recommend using HAP or calcium based toothpaste which are naturally produced products of the body. It is good to use for your teeth with similar benefits but the protection is not as strong as fluoride. It is highly inappropriate to spread false information, that is considered "fear mongering" even if the message genuinely comes as goodwill. If you have an issue about fluoridated products, you have the alternative options available but do not prescribe these products to others unless you are a dentist yourself. There are countless people who require fluoridation to keep not only their teeth, but also maintain their lives. Advanced dental issues can lead to life threatening/debilitating circumstances so I have no tolerance for such behaviour. Social status, mental health, overall well-being and ability to function like a normal person are all important factors which are affected by dental issues. Frankly, fluoridated products are the only method of protection for certain individuals.

Hi I’m a dental hygiene student, some of the things he says are a bit wrong and could be improved on. Bleeding gums are not normal, it’s a sign of disease. Keep a good brushing routine and the bleeding should stop. When brushing you teeth place the bristles at a 45 degree angle to your teeth. That will allow the bristles to get in the space between your tooth and gums where bacteria and plaque like to hide called the sulcus. After brushing make sure to floss!

“Rug around your Gums and lips” POV: you get ausors all the time🤔
Wdym ausors? Sorry i'm stupid lol-
@@kazuhaslefthand476 they mean ulsers I think
I tryed it and me teeth are WHITE
I think that means your losing enemal but I don't know
@@mjh435 it doesn't. It just means their teeth had some staining that came out easy with good brushing. More yellowing would mean enamel erosion.
Pov : u don't even brush but still watch this
Almost! Don't rinse at the end unless your using a mouthwash with fluoride.

Me when I have a dentist appointment in 10 minutes:
Imagine someone sending this to u fr 😂
I know my life sucks when I end up watching a person brushing his teeth and not skip it.
You were probably doing the right thing. You are not far from trying it to see if it works.
Dentists recommend not to brush your teeth hard. They recommend to do it softly. Brushing your teeth hard will cause it to be sensitive and can even make your gums bleed.
I was brushing in details not hard.
@@jSKVibes i know but some people make that mistake when they wanna get their teeth brushed. I like the details you showed on your video. I’m gonna do it with my teeth because I want my teeth to be nice and healthy. I’m obsessed with having a white smile. And plague really bothers me so much
Thank u this helped me so much ♥️
